This book contains 48 black and white studies of the RFC, RNAS and RAF with accompanying text. Arranged in sequence the pictures are of incidents and phases of aviation, both in war and peace. Some are of actual occurrences with the remainder being studies and impressions of service flying. The pictures begin with the arrival of the first RFC aeroplane in France - August 13th, 1914 and end with a RAF fighter squadron flying in formation. Jacket worn and chipped at extremities, with a one half by one inch chip to lower left corner. Lower corner of inner flap price clipped, but this is still a fine clean copy.
