Grinnell-Milne joined the RFC in 1915 and flew for No. 16 Squadron, was captured and spent three years in a German prison. He escaped and returned to the front as CO of No. 56 Squadron. With six illustrations. Former owner's name and date, "December 1938" on front pastedown, else book fine and clean with sharp corners. Spine of jacket sunned but without tears or chips. Jacket not clipped.
