Salmon color heavy stock printed in black and silver. An announcement from Melbert Cary, "to tell you that I am starting on my regular round of visits to the principal foundries of Europe, searching out the best and newest in type design. Holland is next, then Germany and the Pressa Exhibition." Composed in Sphinx type. Cary founded the Continental Typefounders Association, Inc. in 1925, in order to import more European type into the American world of print. An attractive and, of course, being as it's Cary, humourous piece of ephemera in very fine condition.
