The school, authorized in 1918, provided for the training of aerial observers and the training of units of line troops in liaison between ground and air, was located on the outskirts of Chatillon-sur-Seine southeast of Paris during World War I. Numerous photographs, cartoon drawings, and charts. Rosters include names of graduates, officers on duty at the school, and fatalities. Light shelf wear to cloth. The white stamping on front cover worn. Text block fine and clean.
