Doolittle contributed to the progress of aviation. He was a very successful racing pilot and on April 18, 1942 he led the B-25 bombing raid on Tokyo, Japan. One of the greatest of aviators. Written on his Los Angeles office stationery and addressed to an autograph collector. "Unfortunately both Lowell Smith and Leslie Arnold have passed on" and includes the address for Mrs. Leslie Arnold (Priscilla Dean) former silent movie address. With original envelope.
