Illustrated with maps and black and white photographs. Belgrave was 18 years old when he was wounded as an infantry officer at the Battle of Loos. He later transferred to the Royal Flying Corps and became an 18 victory ace flying with 45, 61, and 60 Squadrons. He was killed in action before reaching his 22nd birthday. An as new copy, signed by the author on the title page.
